It's finally over, ATH on the way
Quote from zerpie on August 7, 2024, 8:54 pmIt’s finally over. That court case took nearly four years and lots of patience, energy and conviction.
”Crypto Firm Ripple Fined $125 Million – Far Less Than SEC Had Sought,” headlines the Wall Street Journal. This, says the newspaper, in a “case that was a cornerstone of the SEC’s legal campaign to rein in the crypto industry.”
Says Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse:
The SEC asked for $2B, and the Court reduced their demand by ~94% recognizing that they had overplayed their hand. We respect the Court’s decision and have clarity to continue growing our company. This is a victory for Ripple, the industry and the rule of law. The SEC’s headwinds against the whole of the XRP community are gone.
We now gonna see Ripple expand in the U.S., launch the RLUSD stable coin – and XRP, finally unburdened, to discover its true fair value. Sit back, relax, enjoy.
Wait, will the SEC appeal? I thought Gary Gensler’s White House buddies Harris & Co. are all of a sudden pro-crypto? Gary’s on a leash. SEC won’t appeal.

It's finally over. The stage is now set for an inevitable (imo) mega run on $XRP.
